Action shall be taken in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph (5)—titled “Common Provisions”—of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Communiqué on Public Social Facilities (No. 2025-1), published in the Official Gazette dated December 31, 2025
(Issue No. 33124; Communiqué No. 2026-1), which stipulates:
“20% of the tariff determined for the camping periods shall be collected as an advance payment at the time of application. The advance payment shall be refunded in full to those who are not allocated a camping spot and to those who withdraw up to one week prior to the start of the camping period. For those who notify of their withdrawal after this deadline without a valid excuse, the advance payment
shall be refunded after deducting 5% of the advance amount for each day. The advance payments
of those who fail to notify of their withdrawal prior to the start of the camping period shall not be
refunded and shall be recorded as revenue.”
