The Movable Asset Registration and Control Unit works in coordination with all units operating under our Presidency to meet their needs for consumables, fixed assets, equipment, investments, maintenance, and repairs, and to carry out and follow up on these requests. Additionally, the Presidency’s budget planning activities are conducted.
The “Social Facilities Accounting” office handles the income and expense tracking of all social facilities operating under our Presidency, including the Central Social Facilities Eylül Restaurant, Rectorate DEÜ Rooftop Restaurant, Eylül Cafe, 4 canteens/cafeterias, Kitvak Hotel, Seferihisar Student Education and Recreation Facilities, Buca Guesthouse, and Research Assistants’ Guesthouse. This includes preparing accruals for invoices related to goods and services purchased by the relevant units, processing payments, maintaining accounting records in the NETSİS program, and monitoring and fulfilling tax and legal obligations. Additionally, the transfer of cafeteria revenues to the relevant accounts is also handled.
Movable Asset Registration and Control Unit
Our Presidency’s Movable Asset Registration and Control Unit ensures the receipt, storage, record-keeping, and distribution of goods and materials procured in accordance with the needs of all units serving our university’s students and staff, within the framework of the Movable Asset Management Regulation.
Our warehouse, located under the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Student Cafeteria building, contains fixed assets, canteen/cafeteria equipment, food, cleaning supplies, stationery, sports equipment, and other consumables.
