Your application to the Counseling and Psychological Counseling Unit and all the information you fill in the appointment form below are confidential and will not be shared with anyone other than DEU Counseling and Psychological Counseling Unit staff.

Filling out the appointment form completely is important for the healthy progress of the psychological counseling process.

After we receive your application, you will be referred to a psychological counselor as soon as possible and you will be contacted for an appointment.

In case of emergency, it is recommended that you come to DEU PDR offices during working hours without waiting to be called, and reach the nearest health institution outside of working hours.

Specifying as much time as possible in the section at the end of the form asking for the days and times you are available will speed up your appointment process.

The frequency and duration of the interviews are decided according to your needs and expectations, the period you apply and the availability of the unit. For psychological help needs that are outside the service area or working conditions of DEU PDR and/or for long-term psychological help needs, referrals are made to reliable sources of help.

If you do not show up to your first appointment unannounced, you are considered to have given up on receiving help from DEU PDR. In this case, it is your responsibility to contact the unit and activate your application.

Students and staff who wish to benefit from DEU PDR services are required to fill out the Application Form online.
